How to fix when the software has no audio output.

If you're not hearing any audio from the software, follow these steps to identify and fix the issue.

1. Check Output Device

Go to Settings > Audio Devices and confirm that the correct output device is selected. Try switching to a different one if needed.

2. Verify System Volume

  • Ensure your computer's volume is turned up.
  • Make sure the software is not muted in your system mixer.

3. Test Other Applications

Check if audio works in other programs. If not, the problem may be with your device or drivers.

4. Restart the Software

Sometimes a simple restart will reinitialize the audio engine.

5. Driver Update

Update your audio drivers (especially for external sound cards or interfaces). You can download the latest version from the manufacturer’s website.

Still Not Working?

If none of the above work, try:

  • Disabling exclusive audio mode in your OS.
  • Reinstalling the software.
  • Contacting support with your log file.
